Meet the oldest woman in Makurdi IDP camp with her 75-year-old daughter (Photos)

A Nigerian woman identified as Mama Kutsuwe Kwembe has been
said to be the oldest person at the Makurdi Internally Displaced Person’s camp. She is 105 years old. Mama Kwembe started residing at the IDP camp due to the recent flood in the state. She is been cared for by her 75-year-old daughter.
As part of sympathizing with the flood victims, wife of the Governor of Benue state, Eunice Ortom visited the camp located at the International market, George Akume way, Makurdi.
The governor’s wife was later joined by music legend, 2Baba and his wife Annie Idibia, representing the Tuface Foundation.


Also present at the IDP camp was the Red Cross and staff of Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF), the NGO of Mrs Ortom who presented relief materials to survivors of the flooding under the platform of Benue Flood Relief.
