NYSC: Another Youth Corper gets engaged during her passing out ceremony (Photos)

Looks like a number of ex Batch B stream 1 female corp members got engaged during their NYSC passing out ceremony yesterday. A LIB reader sent in these photos of a proposal she witnessed. In her words:
